讨论了目前导弹武器系统作战效能评估中的几点不足,提出用优度评价法评估导弹武器系统的作战效能。首先给出了优度评价模型。其次,通过对具有典型意义的5种空舰导弹武器系统作战效能进行优度评价,给出了应用示例,并对评估结果进行了分析,得出结论。

Abstract:

In this paper, the deficiency in evaluating the operational efficiency of missile weapon systems is discussed, and the optimal evaluation method to evaluate the operational efficiency of missile weapon systems is put forward. Firstly, the optimal evaluation model is established. Secondly, the optimal evaluation method is used to evaluate the operational efficiency of five abroad type ASM systems and analyze the evaluation result. At last, the conclusion is acquired through analyzing the optimal evaluation model and evaluation result.
