For the life control and management of some internal military aero engine in the service, based on the basic idea of effectiveness-cost analysis of military aero engine, the evaluation method of minimum issue life (MISSL) of military aero engine under the maintain system controlled by the life of some key components (modular) is studied. Based on the comprehensive analysis of employment security, employment economical efficiency and employment performance attenuation, the hierarchic analysis model of the evaluation index system for the MISSL of aero engine is established, and the weight coefficient for indexes of every hierarchy is assessed by AHP method. The comprehensive decision model for MISSL of aero engine is presented by utilizing grey comprehensive decision method. To meeting the need of life control and management of some turbofan engine, the model is applied to evaluation its MISSL. The result shows that the internal MISSL of the turbo engine is 400 hours and is in agreement with the result of outland.
