飞机服役环境当量加速腐蚀折算方法研究

    摘要:

    文中依据飞机服役机场地面环境谱与腐蚀损伤等当量原则,建立了环境加速腐蚀当量折算关系,给出了飞机结构主要高强度铝合金材料的当量折算系数?及HR??、T??曲线。依据建立的当量折算关系编制的加速环境谱,对飞机铝合金构件进行加速腐蚀试验研究,得到了温度(T)、相对湿度(RH)对环境当量折算系数的影响规律,为飞机结构防腐控制及日历寿命研究提供了工程技术依据。

    Abstract:

    According to the airport ground environmental spectrum and the equivalent quantization rule of corrosion damage, it has been established that the equivalent conversion relation between the accelerated corrosion environment and the airport service environment and it has been obtained the equivalent coefficient (?) of high strength aluminum alloy material used in aircraft principle structural parts and HR??, T??curves. Based on the accelerated spectrum obtained from equivalent analysis, the accelerated corrosion test for high strength aluminum alloy has been done, and then the affected law that temperature (T), relative humidity (RH) to environmental equivalent conversion coefficient is obtained, which offers an effective technical approach for evaluating the calendar life of an aircraft and some engineering advice for corrosion prevention control of aircraft structures.
