    摘要:

    考察了高锰钢在H2SO4、HCl、NaOH、NaCl和FeCl3等不同腐蚀介质条件下的摩擦学性能,并对各种腐蚀介质对摩擦学性能的影响机制进行了讨论。结果表明:腐蚀磨损过程伴随着气泡产生,高锰钢在磨损过程中发生了产生气体的反应,由于腐蚀介质自身的黏性以及反应膜的润滑作用,高锰钢在FeCl3中的摩擦系数最低。在FeCl3中,受Fe3+强氧化性的作用以及Cl-对反应膜的破坏,高锰钢的腐蚀磨损率最高;由于腐蚀介质相对较弱的氧化作用以及自身良好的润滑性,高锰钢在H2SO4和NaOH中的磨损率最低。

    Abstract:

    The tribological properties of high manganese steel under H2SO4, HCl, NaOH, NaCl and FeCl3 etc. are examined, and the affecting mechanism of various corrosive mediums to the tribological properties is discussed. The results demonstrate that the process of corrosive wear goes with the generation of air bubble, and the reaction that generates gas occurred during the wear process of high manganese steel. Due to the stickiness of corrosive medium itself and the lubricating effect of reaction film, high manganese steel has the lowest friction coefficient under FeCl3. Because of the strong oxidization ability of Fe3+ and the destruction of Cl- to the reaction film, high manganese steel has the highest corrosive wear rate under FeCl3. On account of relatively weak oxidation ability and the good lubrication ability of corrosive medium, the wear rate of high manganese steel under H2SO4 and NaOH is the lowest.
