摘要:

从大系统的复杂性和军事装备系统复杂性方面,在分析基于专家智慧集成构成的群决策问题的基础上,提出军事装备系统模式设计方法,即装备复杂系统模式设计方法三维框架的构建、面向专家智慧集成的设定研讨、基于信息价值链的效果评估以及基于探索性分析方法的装备复杂系统模式优化。

Abstract:

In this paper, a designing method about military equipment system mode is presented. The complexity of big systems and military equipment systems are described, some problems of group- decision based on wisdom Integrated experts are analyzed. As a result, there are some methods as follows: the three-dimension frame construction of equipment complex system mode, discussion oriented wisdom integrated experts, effective evaluations based on information value-chain, and the mode optimization based on exploring analysis methods.
