    摘要:

    结合我国航空发动机可靠性和寿命管理的现状,借鉴西方经验,依托国内研究成果,阐述了单元体发动机寿命控制与管理的基本要素、程序和方法,重点就关键件安全寿命、单元体翻修寿命和最低放行寿命等寿命控制的核心问题进行了分析。指出对于采用单元体设计的发动机的寿命控制和管理的核心是从全寿命角度对发动机的工程应用进程进行控制和管理,以工程可行的方法保证发动机安全、经济的使用,及按标准化的程序执行合同,使与发动机及其附件、地面维修和使用支持有关的承包商在设计、研制、技术批准、制造和大修过程中能以管理有序的方式与用户进行配合,以取得可靠性、安全性、经济性和性能的最佳折衷。

    Abstract:

    Considering the status of the reliability and life management for internal aero engine, the fact is indicated that key component life wasting, cycle cost increasing, maintain efficiency declining are induced to a certainty. It is also pointed out that the core of life control and management is to command and supervise aero engine’s application course on the view point of full life cycle, to insure aero engine be used safely and economically with practical and feasible methods, to execute contract with standardization procedure so that contractor related to aero engine and accessories, ground maintain and sustain can cooperate with consumer orderly and effectively in the process of design, develop, technical authority, production and overhaul, and then achieve optimization in the greatest extent or degree among reliability, safe, cost and performance. The basic factors, programs and methods about life control and management for modular construction aero engine were expatiated, by drawing lessons from the experience of the developed countries and the research result of life control and management for some aero engine. Particularly the core problem of life control and management, such as the key component safe life, modular unit overhaul life and minimum issue life, is emphasized and analyzed.
