Abstract:

Based on the developing actuality of circuits testing, the fault diagnosis testing technology of mixed-signal circuit was introduced. Strong and limitations of these techniques and methods were pointed out at the same time. And some applications of it were discussed. In the final, the future developing trends of this subject was looked forward.
