    摘要:

    阐述了某靶弹研制中对超期原型弹延寿技术的研究与实践, 采取理论分析与工程经验有机结合的方法,使超期导弹工程延寿与可靠性增长相结合。依据调研信息和寿命试验,采用累积故障统计分析法,对超期原型导弹进行了可靠度函数估计,建立了原型弹的寿命剖面模型。

    Abstract:

    The research and practice to the extended-active-duty prototype missile in some type target missile developing was discussed. By combining the theory analysis with engineering experience organically, it integrated the prolonging life of extended-active-duty prototype missile in engineering into the reliability growth. Based on the investigation information and life span experiments, the analysis method of accumulation the breakdown statistics was adopted, in which the reliability function of the prototype missile was estimated and the life span section model was founded as well.
