导弹武器系统项目前评价体系研究

Research on Pre-Evaluation System of Missile Weapon System Project

摘要:

阐述了对导弹武器系统项目中诸如风险、费用、可靠性、维修性及效能等方面进行评价的重要性,根据指标选取的原则,建立了评价指标体系的框架。在此基础上进一步说明了框架中的各项指标,并细化了各分项指标,形成了一个完整的评价指标体系。最后,对评价中可能用的方法及模型的建立思路给出了初步构想。

Abstract:

The importance to evaluate missile weapon system from different aspects such as risk, cost, reliability, maintainability and effectiveness etc was expounded. Based on the principle of choosing indexes, the frame of evaluation index system was established. In the frame, all indexes were explained further on this foundation and divided carefully. And then a complete frame of evaluation indexes system of was formed. Finally, the initial idea about the methods and models that could be used in evaluation was given out.
