Optimization Analysis of Missiles’Technical Preparation Process Based on PERT

摘要:

针对导弹技术准备流程中各工序工时的不确定性特点,采用PERT方法建立了流程的网络模型,通过模型求解,得到各工序的开工时间范围,找出影响流程工期长短的关键路线,并估算出流程在不同工期下的实现概率。以某型导弹技术准备的子流程为例进行了实例研究,表明该方法对于提高保障部队技术准备能力具有重要现实意义。

Abstract:

Considering the uncertainty of the work duration of missiles’ technical preparation process, a network model of the process was built using PERT. We can obtain span of starting time of each work, and find the critical path which determines the total duration of the process, and estimate different probabilities under different durations. An example of studying a sub-process of a certain missile’s technical process using PERT was given to indicate that it had important practical significance to improve the capability of technical preparation of the missile guaranteeing unit.
