    摘要:

    由于受扫描电子设备、光电转换过程和重建算法的影响,固体发动机经ICT系统检测生成的灰度断层图像中含有多种噪声,严重影响了检测人员对发动机内部缺陷的诊断。为此,利用图像滤波技术对断层图像进行有效的处理,去除图像中的噪声,突出缺陷信息。在理论分析均值滤波、中值滤波、维纳滤波和小波变换滤波这4种滤波方法的基础上,分别将这4种方法应用到固体发动机ICT断层图像去噪中,经对比,得出维纳滤波在较好的保存缺陷信息的同时,有效的去除了噪声,是最适用于固体发动机缺陷检测需求的图像去噪方法。

    Abstract:

    On account of the influence of scan electronic equipment, photo electricity transform process and reconstruction algorithmic, solid motor gray tomography images which are generated by ICT system contain various noises. These noises affect surveyors severely to diagnose the defects inside solid motor. Therefore, noises can be wiped off making use of image filtering technology and defect information is brought into prominence. In this paper, mean filtering, median filtering, winner filtering and wavelet transform filtering were analyzed. Then the four filtering methods were applied to denoise solid motor ICT tomography images. Through the filtering results, it can be educe that winner filtering denoises effectively at the same time saves defect information well. So winner filtering is the best image denoising method in solid motor defect testing.
