摘要:

建立了海军信息作战系统效能评估指标体系,采用了层次分析理论AHP与Dephi相结合的方法给出了海军信息作战系统效能评估的模型和算法,实例证明该方法是可行的。

Abstract:

The gauge of index sign system of the navy information battle system’s effect was established. The theories of the combine of the AHP and the Dephi was adopted to give the model and the calculate way of the gauge of naval information battle system’s effect. The example proved that the method was viable.
