Application of IPT Mode to Airplane Product Development

摘要:

为满足在保证产品质量基础上缩短飞机型号研制周期的需要,根据并行工程思想提出了基于数字化的飞机研制IPT工作模式,并在总结工程实践经验基础上对IPT组织结构、基于成熟度管理的IPT工作流程及IPT工作模式的效益进行了分析,为提高飞机产品研制组织管理的效率提供了可行途径。

Abstract:

In order to decrease the developing cycle of airplane product on condition of quality guarantee, a digital IPT management mode for airplane development according to parallel engineering was put forward. The organization structure, working procedure based on maturity management and effectiveness of IPT mode were analyzed on the basis of engineering practice as well. The study gives a feasible approach for high efficiency management in airplane product development.
