    摘要:

    为有效地对C4IKSR系统的效能进行评估,建立了C4IKSR系统效能评估指标体系。用粗糙集约简的思想减少了系统中冗余的属性,获得了规则和可变精度的下近似集。提出了一种基于D-S证据理论的C4IKSR系统效能评估模型,利用可变精度的下近似集的计算结果给出基本概率赋值,进行了多信息表的数据融合。结果表明能够对C4IKSR系统效能进行有效地评估。

    Abstract:

    For evaluating C4IKSR system effectiveness and capabilities effectively, a new effectiveness and capabilities evaluating guide line system was set up. And the attribute number was reduced by Rough Sets to obtain rules and the low approximate sets of VPRS (Variable Precision Rough Set). Then a C4IKSR system effectiveness and capabilities evaluating model based on D-S theory was put forward. This model can gain the basic possibility assignment by computing the low approximate sets of VPRS of decision values. At last, It fused the multi-information table. The result shows the model can play an available role in evaluating the effectiveness and capabilities of C4IKSR system.
