    摘要:

    基于舰空导弹武器系统的可靠性特征,设计了型号总体贮存可靠性分配与预计的工作流程。针对舰空导弹及各分系统不同的可靠性结构,提出了运用不同的方法或方法组合进行可靠性分配与预计的策略。以某型舰空导弹动力分系统为例,在分析其可靠性基础上,建立了可靠性模型和故障树模型;对该分系统进行了可靠性分配和预计,获得了该分系统设备、组件的可靠性指标;分析了分配与预计结果,并指出了该分系统存在的薄弱环节。研究结果可为舰空导弹可靠性指标论证和总体设计提供方法参考。

    Abstract:

    Work flow of reliability allocation and prediction was designed based on reliability characteristics of ship-air missile weapon system. Because the ship-air missile system and each subsystem had different reliability structure, a strategy which different method or methods combination was used to allocate and predict reliability was presented. Taking example for power subsystem of one type of ship-air missile, reliability model and fault tree model was set up on the basis of reliability analysis, the subsystem reliability was allocated, predicted, reliability indexes of equipments and subassemblies were obtained, and the results of allocation and prediction were analyzed and unsubstantial parts were pointed out. Method reference can be presented for ship-air missile reliability indexes argumentation and system design by the research results.
