    摘要:

    针对传统方法分析钹式换能器的结构参数较复杂,且分析结果对结构优化指导性不强的实际情况,提出了一种基于有限元模型结构参数的设计方法,研究了不同尺寸的钹式换能器的导纳特性、发射特性和接收特性,总结出结构参数变化对换能器性能影响的规律。结果证明,研制出的换能器样品,在消声水池中的实测数据与ANSYS有限元分析软件的计算数据基本吻合,验证了有限元设计方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    It is complicated to analyze the cymbal transducer with traditional methods, and the analysis results are difficult to be used for structure optimization. Finite element method (FEM) takes structure parameters into account, so it is more suitable for transducer analysis. Admittance, transmitting voltage response (TVR) and free field voltage sensitivity (FFVS) of cymbal transducers with different structure parameters had been researched with FEM. Conclusions were drawn from the results of finite element analysis (FEA) about how structure parameters affecting transducer’s performance. A sample transducer had been developed and tested in an anechoic tank. Data from measurement agreed well with the data calculated from FEA software ANSYS. Methods discussed in this paper were useful for optimizing cymbal transducers and developing cymbal transducer array.
