Research on Fire Risk Management of Warship

摘要:

基于安全学倡导的“人、机、环境、管理”4个基本要素,构建了舰艇火灾风险管理的系统模型,分析了各要素之间的关系及相互作用,并且详细说明了舰艇火灾风险管理的过程。

Abstract:

In this paper, beginning with the concept of fire risk management, the systematic risk management model which was founded on 4 elements in science of safety, such as Man, Machine, Media, and Management was instituted. The relationship of the elements of the system model was described, and the processing of the fire risk management for warship was illustrated in detail.
