分析了舰船装备技术保障信息资源管理中存在的问题,运用信息工程原理,采用需求分析和系统建模型方法对舰船技术保障信息资源进行规划,提出了舰船装备技术保障主题数据库为基础的信息资源规划方案。

In this paper, the question which exists in information construction of warship equipment technical support was support. The principle of information engineering was used and the equipment analyzing and system construction modeling method was used to plan information resources of warship equipment technical support. The plan project based on the subject database was put forward.
