    摘要:

    通过对在不同转速下的搅拌过程中桨叶所受的扭矩、压力分布、应力和变形规律进行研究,表明在搅拌过程中,转速越高、越靠近捏合机底部,桨叶所受的压力越大,且压力的极值点出现在桨叶尖部;远心桨的扭矩要大于近心桨;所承受应力也较大,捏合状态时近心桨的相对变形量比远心桨大,且变形不对称,向一侧偏转,最大相对变形处在近心桨底部桨翼的捏合处尖端,远心桨的最大相对变形在桨叶底部桨翼的刮壁处尖端。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the distribution law of torque, pressure, stress and deformation of the blades in the mixing process at different speeds were analyzed. The result indicates that the higher the speed of blade the closer to the bottom of kneading mixer, the greater the pressure on the black. The maximal pressure lay in the spire of the blade. The torque and stress of the far blade was greater than the near blade, and the relative deformation of the near blade was bigger than the far blade when they were in kneading situation. In the kneading process, the relative deformation of the near blade was asymmetry, deflecting to one side. The largest relative deformation was at the tip of kneading zone of the near blade bottom wing.
