武器装备研发项目中评估体系研究

Research on Interim Evaluation Theoryof Weapon Equipment Scientific Project

摘要:

武器装备研发项目中评估对项目管理具有重要意义。在对武器装备研发项目中评估的基本要素进行分析的基础上,依据指标体系设计的原则,建立了武器装备研发项目中评估指标体系。提出了基于三维结构的中评估模型,并对单项评估和综合评估模型可采用的方法进行了分析。最后,对其辅助评估决策支持系统结构进行了初步设计。

Abstract:

It has a great significance to evaluate weapon equipment project in the process of project implementation. The basic elements of interim evaluation were analyzed, and the index system was established by the principle of index system design. The interim evaluation model was established based on three-dimensional structure, and the methods of single evaluation and comprehensive evaluation were analyzed. At last, the configuration of assistant evaluation DSS was designed preliminary.
