    摘要:

    为修复损伤的Ti600合金结构件,开发新型耐蚀涂层,应用Nd:YAG激光在Ti600表面制备了钛基梯度功能涂层材料(Functional Gradient Materials,FGM),并测试其耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,Ti600基体和FGM耐蚀性均较好;在微观上均呈现局部腐蚀的特性,表面呈腐蚀微坑形貌;极化电位较低;自腐蚀电流小,在30~90 nA/cm2之间。FGM耐蚀性能较Ti600得到提高,腐蚀电流为Ti600的72%。

    Abstract:

    A new type corrosion resistant coating was developed to fix damaged the Ti600 structure. The titanium-based functional gradient material (FGM) coating was prepared by applying Nd:YAG laser process, and corrosion resistance of which was test. The results showed both main body of the Ti600 structure and the FGM coating had relatively high corrosion resistance. At the micro level the structure showed partially corrosion micro-pits on surface, relatively low polarization potential, low corrosion current density (between). Compared with Ti600, corrosion resistance of the FGM coating was improved. Corrosion current density the FGM coating was 72% of that of Ti600.
