基于PTR2000的无线数据传输系统设计与实现

Design and Realizationof Wireless Data Transmission System Based on PTR2000

摘要:

针对传统的工业测控系统中,传输数据采用的是有线方式,成本高、维护不方便,且在某些特殊的场合,布线困难甚至无法布线的问题,介绍了一种基于无线数据传输模块PTR2000的数据采集系统的总体结构,并着重讨论了硬件电路设计和通信协议的制定及具体实现。该系统可方便地嵌入到无线测控系统中,抗干扰能力强,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

In measuring and controlling system for industrial propose, large quantities of data need to be transmitted. Traditional manner to carry out this work is wired transmission system,a manner with high cost of construction and inconvenience of maintenance, and sometime unapproachable impediment in wiring. In this paper,a wireless data transmission module namely PTR2000 and a scheme of data acquisition system based on PTR2000 were introduced. The hardware design as well as the communication protocol was discussed. Due to its outstanding anti—interference performance, and its capability to be embedded into wireless system of industrial measuring and controlling, its application prospects would be broad in the future.
