    摘要:

    清洗剂研究是发动机清洗技术的核心环节。随着舰载机服役,研究探索适合舰载机发动机使用的清洗剂是舰载机清洗技术实施的关键。在选择国内某清洗剂基础上,对舰载机发动机典型材料参照国军标开展了清洗剂的全浸泡腐蚀、高温腐蚀、夹层腐蚀及钛合金应力腐蚀等考核试验,试验结果表明该型清洗剂可满足舰载发动机的清洗使用要求。为研究各主要因素对清洗效率的影响规律,对不同清洗液配比、清洗温度及浸泡时间等因素下的清洗效果进行对比分析,清洗液配比、清洗温度及浸泡时间对不同材料清洗效率的影响具有较大差异性,并初步给出了某舰载发动机在线及离线清洗建议。

    Abstract:

    Cleaning agent is the core of the engine washing technology. With the service of carrier-based aircraft, research.ing the suitable cleaning agent is the key of its engine cleaning technology. Firstly, based on choosing certain domesticcleaning agent, in this paper, acceptance experiment on cleaning agent for typical materials according to military standardwas developed, such as full immersion corrosion experiment, high temperature corrosion experiment, mezzanine, titaniumalloy stress, and so on. The results showed that the choosed cleaning agent meet the requirements of its engine cleaningtechnology. After that, in order to acknowledge the influence law about the main factors to the cleaning efficiency , thecleaning effect was analysized under different factors of ratio, cleaning temperature, and soaking time. The experimental re.sults showed that those factors had different influence law on cleaning efficiency for different material. Lastly, some prelim.inary advices were given for both online and offline cleaning.
