    摘要:

    装备在信息化条件下的攻防对抗体系中占据重要地位,因而其质量优劣对整个体系战斗力的发挥起着重要的决定性作用。文章以装备质量评估为对象,对评估指标优化、评估权重设计、评估算法实现、评估风险控制、评估系统实现等 5个方面的系统关键技术进行了综述和展望,并基于主成分提取、智能算法、稳健评估、系统框架设计构建与优化等技术和手段,分析了目前装备质量评估中存在的瓶颈问题,为装备质量管理建设工作进一步符合实战化标准提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Equipment under the condition of informatization of attack-defense occupis the important status in the system ofsystems. So the quality is riding a decisive role into full play of the whole combat system’s effectiveness. Equipment quali.ty evaluation was listed as the research object in this paper. Its technologies and methods were summarized and prospectedfrom five aspects such as evaluation index optimization, evaluation weight designing, evaluation algorithm implementation,risk controling of evaluation and implementation of evaluation system. The bottleneck problems existing in the equipmentquality evaluation were analyzed based on the technologies and means of principal component extraction, intelligent algo.rithm, robust construction of the evaluation, system framework design and optimization. It could provide reference for thecombat standard of the equipment quality management construction work.
