    摘要:

    基于改进三角模糊层次分析法确定属性权重,充分考虑了专家评判的模糊性,且能省去一致性检验的繁琐 计算。采用改进云重心评价方法对属性值进行集结,更为直观、科学、符合人类的思维习惯。将2种方法相结合对 装备的维修性进行评价,能够提高评价结果的准确度。某导弹装备维修性评价的实例表明此评价方法是有效的。

    Abstract:

    The attribute weight can be determined by the improved triangular fuzzy AHP method, which takes the fuzzinessof expert judgment into consideration and can avoid the troublesome consistency checking. It is more intuitionist, scientificand fit to human thought habit to adapt improved cloud barycenter evaluation method to aggregate attribute values. To eval.uate the equipment maintainability by combination of the two methods could improve the accuracy of evaluation result.The example of some missile equipment maintainability evaluation showed that the evaluation method was effective.
