Abstract:Based on the analysis of fluid-structure interaction method, the numerical simulation modular for rudder plankopening was built. With this modular, the research for change rule of the angular velocity, the load and the responding onthe opening rudder plank of a certain underwater vehicle was carried out. In the underwater vehicle launching test, the an.gular displacement-time curve and the strain-time curve were measured. Meanwhile, the test data and simulation calcula.tion data were compared and analyzed. The research showed that the calculation data coincided with the test data, so thesedata could offer advice for the analysis of trajectory analysis, structure design and material choice.
