基于网络层次分析法的舰艇反导作战效能评估

摘要:

舰艇反导作战效能评估的方法主要有 SEA法、ADC法、作战模拟法和层次分析法等,这些方法存在多系统评估比较困难,或者没有考虑系统之间或系统内部的相互影响,从而导致评估结果存在偏差。针对这个问题,在层次分析法的基础上进行了改进,引入网络层次分析法,较好地解决了系统之间或内部相互影响和多系统评估难度较大的问题。分析结果表明,该方法简洁实用,易于被普遍接受。

Abstract:

The main evaluation methods of ship anti-missle operational effectiveness include system effectiveness analysis,availability dependability,combat simulation and analysis hierarchy process, etc. In these methods, there are such prob.lems as the difficulty of evaluating multi-system,no considering inter-system interaction and in-system interaction, etc.These problems lead to the deviation of evaluation results. For this reason, in this paper, ANP method based on the im.provement of analysis hierarchy process method is proposed to solve such problems as inter-system, in-system interaction,and the difficulty of evaluating multi-system. Analysis results showed that this method was simple and practical, and iseasy to be widely accepted.
