    摘要:

    针对装备对腐蚀状态监测需求,以 MSP320单片机为核心控制器、CdS涂层老化探头为腐蚀状态传感器,设计了一款 4路腐蚀状态监测系统,并用于某型车辆腐蚀状态监测。实验结果表明,该系统能真实监控该型车辆的腐蚀状态,为该车辆的预防性维修提供了重要技术和数据支持。同时,该系统具有安装灵活方便、工作可靠、体积小等优点,具有较高的推广应用价值。

    Abstract:

    For the corrosion monitoring demand of armament, the four channels corrosion state monitoring system was de.signed, and the controller was MSP320 MCU, the corrosion state sensor was CdS coating aging probe. The designed corro.sion monitoring system was used to one vehicle. The experimental results showed the factual corrosion state could be moni.tored and recorded, and the monitoring data contribute to the precaution maintenance of the military vehicle. The monitor.ing system had the advantage such as flexible installation, high credibility, and so on.
