    摘要:

    为研究喷射架强度以及振动特性,确保从飞机进气道唇口安装清洗喷射装置进行发动机清洗时的可靠性,避免喷射装置和飞机共振,文章利用有限元数值仿真对喷射架进行了结构静力强度和模态计算分析,得到喷射架 10阶振型及固有频率,喷射架结构强度满足要求。进行了发动机进气道唇口测振分析,得到发动机在冷运转状态下,相应进气道唇口测振频谱值。设计进行了模拟环境振动验证试验,得出结论:喷射架固有频率与冷运转状态下发动机进气道唇口振动频率没有耦合,发动机冷运转状态下的飞机进气道唇口振动不会损坏喷射装置,也不会对在线清洗造成影响。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the strength and vibration characteristics of spray frame to ensure the reliability of online wash.ing and avoid resonance between spray equipment and aircraft, finite element was used to obtain the structural staticstrength and modal analysis of the spray frame. According to the 10-order vibration mode and natural frequency, it foundthat the structural strength of the spray frame could meet the requirements. The vibration analysis of engine inlet lip wascarried out to obtain the corresponding measured spectral values of the inlet lip in cold operation state. The verificationtests of simulated environmental vibration were designed to conclude that there was no coupling between the natural fre.quency of the spray frame and the vibration frequency of engine inlet lip in cold operation state so that the vibrations of en.gine inlet lip not only will not cause the damage of the spray equipment but also will not affect the online washing.
