    摘要:

    对于由大量不同型号舰艇所构成的舰艇编队,其维修保障系统中涉及各类维修保障资源,如人力、备件、设备、设施等,为了确保舰艇编队具有较高的战备完好性和任务成功性,这些维修保障力量一方面应具有很强的自身能力,另一方面还应具有很强的协同工作的能力。文章针对舰艇编队的维修保障问题,分析维修保障力量的各影响因素,在协同工作的背景下,采用 Multi-AgentSystem(MAS)仿真构架,对这些维修保障力量建立评估指标,建立评估指标,达到资源投入少、保障时间短、保障效果好的保障目标。

    Abstract:

    For a warship formation made up of a lot of ships with different sizes, various maintenance support resources areinvolved in its maintenance support system, such as manpower, spare parts, equipment and facilities. In order to ensure thehigh operational readiness and mission success for the formation, the maintenance force should possess strong capabilitiesthemselves on one hand, and strong interoperability on the other hand. Aimed at the maintenance issues of the formation,all influence factors of maintenance support force was analyzed. Against this background of coordination, MAS simulationwas adopted to establish evaluation index in order to achieve the maintenance target of less resource investment, shortmaintenance time and good maintenance effect.
