    摘要:

    燃油液体推进剂属于轻质石油产品,燃油中含有水分,会使其冰点升高,引起过滤器或输油管堵塞,甚至中断供油,酿成事故。因此,水分含量成为燃油质量检测的一项重要性能指标。以测定某型导弹燃油液体推进剂中水分含量为例,详细分析以卡尔费休库仑滴定法测定水分含量过程中的不确定度来源,加强实验操作,提高实验准确度,完成不确定度评定。测定结果为:水分质量分数 46.16 μg/g。当置信水平为 95%时,计算出水分含量的扩展不确定度约为 1.754 μg/g。为保证燃油质量可靠,对燃油中的水分含量测定进行不确定度评定,可为准确评估燃 油质量提供有效的参考依据和数据支撑。

    Abstract:

    Fuel liquid propellant belongs to light petroleum products, fuel contains water content, which will cause its freez.ing point to rise, causing blockage of filters or oil pipes, or even interrupting oil supply, causing accidents. So water contenthas become an important performance index for fuel quality detection. To determining the water content in a certain mis.sile fuel liquid propellant as an example, the sources of uncertainty in the determination of water content in the Karl Fisch.er Coulometric titration method were analyzed in detail, the experiment operation were strengthened, the accuracy of theexperiment were improved, and the evaluated of uncertainty were completed. The result of determination is mass fractionof 46.16 μg/g . When the confidence level was 95%, the expanded uncertainty (about 1.76 μg/g ) of water content was cal.culated. In order to ensure the reliable fuel quality, the uncertainty of the water content of the fuel can be evaluated, whichcan provide the effective reference and data support for the accurate evaluation of the fuel quality.
