    摘要:

    文章首先给出了平面近场测试中探头位置误差对远场的误差表达式;然后,利用计算机仿真的方式分析了平面近场测试中位置误差对-50dB副瓣的影响。此种误差分析方法根据概率论的知识,结合天线方向图的特点,从全域的角度对误差进行评估,更全面的考虑了所有的因素,从而结果更为可靠和精确,并得到了一些有用的规律和结果,为平面近场测试中误差的分析提供了一定的理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The expressions for the far field data caused by probe location errors in planar near -field measurement were giv.en in this paper first. Then the effect of probe location errors with -50dB side lobe in planar near-field measurement wasstudied by means of computer simulation. This method of error analysis was based on the knowledge of Probability Theory, and combines the feature of antenna pattern to analyze the error in all angles. Because all information on antenna pattern isconsidered, the results were more reliable and accurate. Some useful laws and results were obtained,and some theoretic proofs were supplied for the error analysis of planar near-field measurements.
