    摘要:

    针对危害性矩阵分析过程中遇到的困难及采用手工绘图效率低、精度低的问题,文章对危害性矩阵分析的斜率取值、坐标划分、非单点故障的处理、危害性定量计算公式等关键问题进行研究。结合工程实际提出了一种纵坐标为对数坐标的矩阵图绘制方法,阐明了单点故障与非单点故障在故障影响概率取值上的差异,指出了危害度与危害性的区别与联系,推导了故障模式危害性定量计算公式。以某军机升降舵操纵分系统为例,进行了故障模式危害性分析,结果表明,改进的危害性矩阵方法合理有效、效率与精度高。

    Abstract:

    Difficulty exists in criticality matrix analysis, and the efficiency and accuracy of hand-made matrix is low. Theslope value, coordinate division, treating of non-single point of failure and quantitative calculation formula were studied.Firstly, the drawing method of criticality matrix with logarithmic coordinate was raised, and the difference of failure effectprobability between single and non-single point of failure was elucidated. Secondly, the difference and connection be.tween criticality metric and criticality was stated, quantitative calculation formula of failure mode criticality was derived.Finally, criticality matrix analysis is carried out taking an elevator sub-system, and the results show that the improved criti.cality matrix method is reasonable and has high efficiency and accuracy.
