      随着武器装备向信息化、体系化加快发展,基于信息系统的体系作战能力生成模式加快转变,对装备试验能力建设提出了更高的要求。建设云装备试验数据中心,通过采集、存储、管理和应用方面形成完整的体系,最大限度地发挥装备试验数据作为核心资源的价值,并利用云计算、大数据、数据挖掘等先进的信息技术对数据进行综合集成管理和挖掘分析,对武器装备试验机构建设发展提供决策支撑,将数据优势有效转化为决策优势和行动优势,为形成基于信息体系的核心军事能力提供支撑。
英文摘要:
      With the accelerated development of the weaponry informantization and mobilization, the generating scheme ofcombat capability is transformed, which proposed the higher demand to the equipment test ability. With the building of thecloud equipment test data center, a complete system was formed by collecting, storing, managing and applying the data,which would maximize the benefits of serving the equipment test data as core resource. With the advanced informationtechnology such as cloud computing, big data and data mining, the intergrated management and mining analysis of the datacould be done perfectly, which proved the decision basis to the development of the weaponry-test instiution. When thegreat advantage of data changed into the policy and action, the core competitiveness of military field based information sys.tems was formed.
