      H62铜合金的腐蚀机理可利用极化曲线研究,通过设计正交试验和单一因素影响试验,研究温度、NaCl质量分数、pH值 3个因素在 3种水平下对 H62铜合金极化曲线的影响。采用极差分析对正交试验结果中 3种因素影响大小进行讨论,基于控制变量法对单因素影响下的极化曲线进行分析,结果均表明 NaCl质量分数是影响极化曲线的最大因素。
英文摘要:
      In order to study the corrosion mechanism of H62 copper alloy with polarization curve, orthogonal test and singlefactor influence test were designed to study the effects of temperature, NaCl concentration and pH on the polarizationcurves of H62 copper alloy at three levels. Based on the results of orthogonal experiment, the influence of three factors wasdiscussed by range analysis. Based on the control variates method, the polarization curve under the influence of single fac?tor was analyzed. All results show that NaCl concentration is the biggest factor affecting the polarization curve.
