    摘要:

    电子设备的热负荷占到了航空器全机热负荷的 60%以上,高温失效是电子设备失效的主要形式,采取合理的散热手段及时带走电子设备产生的热量对飞行安全和电子设备工作的稳定性有着至关重要的影响。文章利用计算流体力学方法(CFD)对某机载电子设备用气冷冷板进行了传热模拟,通过改变入口速度以及冷空气的流动方式,得到不同工况下气冷冷板各位置的温度分布和工作性能。研究结果显示,入口速度增加会使冷却效果得到提升,但同时增加了流动阻力使得设备工作的稳定性下降。另外,流动方式一(中间进两侧出)的冷却效果优于流动方式二(两侧进中间出),流动方式二的工作噪音和流动阻力优于流动方式一,可根据实际需要进行选择。

    Abstract:

    The thermal load of electronic equipment accounts for more than 60% of the total thermal load of the aircraft.High temperature failure is the main form of failure of electronic equipment. Reasonable heat dissipation means timely tak?ing away the heat generated by electronic equipment to stabilize flight safety and electronic equipment. In this paper, thecomputational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to simulate the heat transfer of an air-cooled cold plate for an air?borne electronic device. By changing the inlet flow rate and the flow pattern of cold air, the temperature distribution andworking performance of each position of the air-cooled plate under different working conditions were obtained. The re?search results show that the increase of the inlet flow rate will increase the cooling effect but increase the flow resistance,which will reduce the stability of the equipment operation. In addition, the cooling effect of the flow mode one (the middleside is two sides) is better than the flow mode two (the two sides enter the middle), and the working noise and flow resis?tance of the flow mode two are better than the flow mode one, which can be carried out according to the actual situation se?lect.
