      为了提高硅压阻式压力传感器的测量精度,研究了硅压阻式压力传感器非线性补偿和温度补偿算法,提出了一种基于单片机的传感器非线性矫正方法,设计了一款集成数据采集系统、修正系统和传输系统的柔性压力片。最后采用某款商用硅压阻式压力传感器进行了试验,并利用MATLAB软件对采集的数据进行了分段多项式曲面拟合,试验结果表明设计的柔性压力片性能能够满足飞机翼面空气压力测试要求。

      In order to improve the measurement accuracy of silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor, the nonlinear compensation and temperature compensation algorithms of the silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor were studied, and a nonlinear correction method of sensor based on single chip microcomputer was proposed, a flexible pressure sheet with integrated data acquisition system, correction system and transmission system was designed.
