Abstract:In order to study the problem of single-hairpuff angle and rocket-boosted zero-length launch of a high-subsonic UAV, first, the mass characteristics and moment models of the assembly in the launch stage are established, and the trim and matching results of the rocket thrust lines are calculated considering the deviation of the engine thrust and the mass characteristics of the UAV; then, based on the principle of vertical hanging, the thrust line hanging system of booster rocket is designed, and the thrust line hanging and precise adjustment method of booster rocket are studied; finally, the ra-tionality and feasibility of the rocket thrust line hanging and adjustment method are verified by the test flight, and the pro-posed method can be applied and improve the safety of the UAV rocket booster zero-length launch.
